Orders and Shipping

We like to dispatch all purchases on the same day but for extra peace of mind we’d like to say 2 working days

Simply follow our instructions at the shopping cart to open an account before paying for the item

Any special instruction like change of address please either email us with the order number, or write on the notes in the shopping cart. 

We will be emailing you with the courier tracking code where you will be able to track your package.

we will NOT be keeping any payment information what so ever and strictly adhere GDPR laws set out by the Government.

All taxes are included in any UK purchased , any international purchases we are unable to predict the customers’ country’s import rules. We suggest that you inquire from your local Tax office before making the purchase.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14 day return policy for all Jewellery except earrings due to health and safety regulations. All items being returned has to be in its original condition it was sent out to.

If you have received a wrong item we will of cause either refund you the money upon receiving the goods back or dispatch the correct item. we will also pay for any carriage charges.

If you have received the item damaged  we will of cause either refund you the money upon receiving the goods back.

Majority of our items are one off pieces specially pre owned items , however we have quite a large stock of items so we are confident that we can either show you our alternative stock or we will be able to make any item you missed out on.
